Large Equipment Fiber Grating Sensing Security Online Monitoring System

Overview

The system uses a unique optic signal transmission technology to take advantages of fiber grating sensors and to adopt a wavelength sensing mechanism for distributed online testing of a variety of physical parameters. In combination with mechanical engineering technology, modern network communication technology and information processing technology as well as other advanced technologies, to realize real-time and remote security monitoring for large machineries, and to complete equipment stress analysis, fatigue diagnostic warning, equipment damage and alarm functions. Multiple sensors conduct multi-faceted dynamically real-time and online monitoring for each piece of equipment system. Different information of multiple sensors are effectively integrated to achieve comprehensive judgment of various parameters information. The system satisfies the technical requirements of high precision, large capacity, long distance, distributed, stability and long term of modern large equipments. It improves the overall level of monitoring and warning for equipment system, and provides scientific guidance for ‘pro active maintenance’ of equipment system and main components.

The system is suitable for large equipments, key equipments, production lines of industrial enterprises.

Specifications

The system can simultaneously measure temperature, dynamic strain, displacement, pressure, tension and vibration of main components of equipment system. The measurement positions and points satisfy the requirements of establishing temperature field, stress field, displacement field and vibration environment of equipment system main components.
